The Sauce Bottlewarmer™ is a practical addition to a fast paced kitchen, keeping sauces warm and to hand for plating. It can also be used in the pastry section for chocolate sauce and the bar and front of house staff will love it for fluid gels and purées for cocktails.

The dial on the front of the Sauce Bottlewarmer™ can be easily adjusted to the desired temperature and to a maximum of 70°C.
