and extending the shelf life of ingredients.

The Process is Simple
Food dehydrating is a device that slowly evaporates moisture from ingredients through low-temperature hot air circulation to produce dried food products. We particularly like this unit because it is easy to use.
Step 1. Put food on the trays
Step 2. Set the temperature
Step 3. Set the time, and go.

Not sure where to start? Just use one of the six built-in progams.
One of the greatest advantages of a food dehydrator is knowing what is going into your snacks. Home made fruit roll-ups, home made fruit snacks, intense flavoured veggies, and beef jerky. Even your pets will love your home made pet snacks!
Fruit Roll-ups:
Instead of buying store-bought snacks, you can pour a thin layer of fruit puree onto a tray, dry it out,
and make your own healthy fruit leather.
Fruit Snacks:
Choose ripe fruit, remove any blemishes, slice into uniform pieces and dehydrate until desired result.
Intense Veggies:
Dehydrated mushrooms are a versatile pantry item. Choose fresh mushrooms. Clean, trim and slice into uniform
thickness pieces. Dehydrate until brittle, not bending, not breaking.
Beef Jerky:
To make perfect beef jerky, thinly slice 1 kg of lean beef (like girello) into 3-3.5mm strips and marinate in the fridge for 12–24 hours. Dehydrate at 70°C for 4 to 8 hours until it bends and cracks without breaking.
