Welcome to this month’s Sous Vide Newsletter.

Wow, these past few months have been history making. Like all Australians, we’ve been saddened by the devastation that the fires have brought across large parts of the country. It’s been a little overwhelming to say the least, but we’ve been inspired by the incredible efforts of our volunteer firefighters and the people whose homes and communities have been affected.

Please do your part to get involved, as it’s a great way to support regional communities and support those directly impacted by the ongoing bushfires across the state.

Sous Vide Australia will also contribute by donating 10% of all sales of our new cooking classes at The Upper Room coming up in February and March. Funds raised will be sent to The Bushfire Appeal.

Learn the Art of Spherification

Create molecular food spheres with ease 🍡

The best way to start experimenting with molecular gastronomy techniques is to do an introductory workshop. That’s why we’ve designed the perfect class for chefs and home cooks alike to perfect the art of spherification.

Working with Master Chef Dale Prentice, you’ll not only learn the art of molecular spherification, but you’ll create some delicious recipes, which will include the use of food spheres as canapés, vegetarian garnish, meat garnish and a fabulous dessert.
